انا راجع الكتاب وهو موجود عندي
طبعا حصل خظأ مطبعي في الجزء هو الجزء الاول وليس العاشر

وددت أني فعلتهن وثلاث وددت أني سألت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عنهن فأما الثلاث اللاتي وددت أني لم أفعلهن فوددت أني لم أكن كشفت بيت فاطمة أو تركته وأن أعلق على الحرب وددت أني يوم سقيفة بني ساعدة كنت قدفت الأمر في عنق أحد الرجلين أبو عبيدة أو عمر فكان أمير المؤمنين وكنت وزيرا ووددت أني حيث كنت وجهت خالد بن الوليد إلى أهل الردة أقمت بذي القصة ( 2 ) فإن ظفر المسلمون ظفروا وإلا كنت ردءا ومددا وأما اللاتي وددت أني فعلتها فوددت أني يوم أتيت بالأشعث ( 3 ) أسيرا ضربت عنقه فإنه <o:p></o:p>
</td> </tr> <tr style=""> <td style="border: 1pt inset silver; padding: 0.75pt;" valign="top"> يخيل إلي أنه لا يكون شر إلا طار إليه ووددت أني يوم أتيت بالفجاءة ( 1 ) السلمي لم أكن أحرقته وقتلته سريحا أو أطلقته نجيحا ووددت أني يوم ( 2 ) حيث وجهت خالد بن الوليد إلى الشام وجهت عمر إلى العراق فأكون قد بسطت يدي يميني وشمالي في سبيل الله عز وجل وأما الثلاث اللاتي وددت أني سألت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عنهن فوددت أني كنت سألته فيمن هذا الأمر فلا ينازعه أهله ووددت أني كنت سألته هل للأنصار في هذا الأمر سبب ووددت أني سألته عن العمة وبنت الأخ فإن في نفسي فيهما حاجة + قال الإمام أبو الحسن الدارقطني ( 3 ) وذكر هذه الرواية وقال خالفه الليث بن سعد فرواه عن علوان عن صالح بن كيسان بهذا الإسناد إلا أنه لم يذكر بين علوان وبين صالح حميد بن عبدالرحمن فيشبه أن يكون سعيد بن عفير ضبطه عن علوان لأنه زاد فيه رجلا وكان سعيد بن عفير من الحفاظ الثقات قلت وهذا حديث حسن عن أبي بكر إلا أنه ليس فيه شيء من <o:p></o:p>

لاحظ تهافت الرواية
وهل يؤخذ السند بالسبة؟
يشبه أن يكون سعيد بن عفير
وعلى كل يارافضي
الدراقطني لم يتعرض إليها في سنه
الأمر الثاني ما نعتبره هو ماجاء في صحيح البخاري ومسلم
ماعدا ذلك لا بد من اثبات سنده
وعليه هذا توثيق يحيى
682 - يحيى بن عبد الله بن بكير المصرى روى عن مالك بن انس والليث ابن سعد وابن لهيعة ويعقوب بن عبد الرحمن وبكر بن مضر ومفضل ابن فضالة والمغيرة بن عبد الرحمن سمع منه يونس بن عبد الاعلى وابى وابو زرعة ورويا عنه.الجرح والتعديل ج9 ص 165
